Liability Disclaimer & Assumption of risk

By booking and/or participating in any fishing charter, trip, or activity operated by Bay Bound Charters LLC, all passengers acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Fishing and boating activities involve inherent risks, including and not limited to rough seas, weather conditions, equipment failure, slippery surfaces, marine life encounters, hooks and sharp objects, and the possibility or injury or illness. Passengers voluntarily assume all risks associated with this participation. 

Bay Bound Charters LLC, its owner, captain, crew, affiliates, and agents shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or death resulting from participation in charter activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the full extent of the law. 

Passengers are responsible for their own personal safety, personal belongings, and any medical conditions. All participants certify they are physically capable of participating in the trip and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. 

Participation constitutes a full release and waiver of any and all claims against Bay Bound Charters LLC arising from or related to the charter trip.
