Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, safety precautions, or by the captain's discretion: 

1. You have the option to transfer your deposit and reschedule at the next available date of your choosing, or, 
2. Receive a refund of your deposit. 

All other cancellations will not be eligible for a refund unless cancelled more than 30 days ahead of the scheduled date. 

• A processing fee of 5% will be subtracted from the original deposit.

In the event of a scheduled trip ending early due to weather conditions, sea-state, safety precautions, illness or by the captain's discretion:

• A refund or partial refund will not be offered
